1. Copyright & Ownership

All images remain the exclusive intellectual property of Donald Tanner Photography and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Purchase of any image does not transfer copyright ownership.

Images may not be copied, reproduced, altered, redistributed, or used beyond the scope of the purchased license without written permission.

2. Personal Use License (Digital Downloads)

Purchase of a digital image grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive personal use license.

3. Commercial Use

4. Image Alterations

Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, modified, or edited beyond standard social media cropping without written permission.

Removing watermarks is strictly prohibited.

5. Digital Sales Policy

All digital download purchases are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

6. Print Orders

Prints are fulfilled through professional lab partners. All print sales are final once submitted.

If a print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Donald Tanner Photography is not liable for third-party misuse of images once delivered or for service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
